Vitaly help me fix the disherwasher's start button not working. My button control board had issues and he replaced it.

He ordered the part before coming and only opened the part after confirming the diagnosis.

Everything works. Price is reasonable. He's friend / professional.

Def calling Vitaly again for my next appliance issue!

1) Vitaly responded immediately to my text regarding an issue with my dishwasher; he provided clear cost info for various possible repair outcomes
2) when I followed up on phone to book a service call, Vitaly booked a day /time that suited me and showed up as booked
3) Turns out the dishwasher was not worth repairing, it had lived long past its expected lifespan....Vitaly showed me the issues. After I made the new dishwasher purchase (Vitaly made suggestions), he did a second visit to remove the existing dishwasher and install the new dishwasher....there were needs for cabinet and hose modifications, which Vitaly handled with appropriate equipment.
Post service I can report Vitaly was responsive, knowledgeable, honest.
For these reasons I can recommend Vitaly from Ideal Fix, I am a real person and this is a real review from an actual Richmond Hill resident!

My wife and I just moved into the neighbourhood recently and the dish washer we purchased with the house was no functioning correctly. We decided to order directly from the manufacturers' website and they delivered the dish washing unit but did not offer installation or removal.

We are very particular with the people we work with but we decided to give Vitaly an opportunity as he's close by and has had many good Google reviews.

He arrived promptly and got right to work with a smile. He immediately found an issue with the new dish washer and a part that is required for it to function and told me where to get it and how much it would cost. With a quick drive to home depot and back he already uninstalled the old dish washer and removed it from the premises onto the curb. Within minutes he installed the new dishwasher and tested it out and gave us some pointers in maintenance and function.

Extremely professional, cares about his clients, and incredibly helpful. It's hard to find appliance repair/installation handy men but I am very happy to have met Vitaly and observe his work. Will be recommending him to ALL of my clients.

Vitaly is so kind, and so very quick to respond! He was able to get the part quickly and offered to come immediately. He is very professional, and thoroughly explained what the issue with our oven was. He also helped me fix my washer in the same visit. I would highly recommend Vitaly!! Thank you!!
