1) Vitaly responded immediately to my text regarding an issue with my dishwasher; he provided clear cost info for various possible repair outcomes 2) when I followed up on phone to book a service call, Vitaly booked a day /time that suited me and showed up as booked 3) Turns out the dishwasher was not worth repairing, it had lived long past its expected lifespan....Vitaly showed me the issues. After I made the new dishwasher purchase (Vitaly made suggestions), he did a second visit to remove the existing dishwasher and install the new dishwasher....there were needs for cabinet and hose modifications, which Vitaly handled with appropriate equipment. Post service I can report Vitaly was responsive, knowledgeable, honest. My wife and I just moved into the neighbourhood recently and the dish washer we purchased with the house was no functioning correctly. We decided to order directly from the manufacturers' website and they delivered the dish washing unit but did not offer installation or removal. We are very particular with the people we work with but we decided to give Vitaly an opportunity as he's close by and has had many good Google reviews. He arrived promptly and got right to work with a smile. He immediately found an issue with the new dish washer and a part that is required for it to function and told me where to get it and how much it would cost. With a quick drive to home depot and back he already uninstalled the old dish washer and removed it from the premises onto the curb. Within minutes he installed the new dishwasher and tested it out and gave us some pointers in maintenance and function. Extremely professional, cares about his clients, and incredibly helpful. Vitaly is so kind, and so very quick to respond!  He was able to get the part quickly and offered to come immediately. Vitaly was very professional. He responded to my email request quickly, unlike other companies that did not respond at all. He worked around my schedule to come and fix my dishwasher. He showed up right at the time he said he would and was very clean and careful.  I would highly recommend Ideal Fix and Vitaly.
